My rate for individual adult therapy sessions is $165 per 55-minute session. All sessions are conducted via Telehealth, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home or any private space.

I offer two sliding scale spots when available for those who may need financial assistance. If all sliding scale spots are currently full, you are welcome to join the waitlist, and I will reach out when a spot becomes available.

I am available for Telehealth Therapy appointments across California, ensuring accessibility for clients throughout the state.

Out-Of-Network

If you have a different insurance provider, I am considered an out-of-network provider. You may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for sessions by submitting a superbill to your insurance company (see below for details)

If you plan to use out-of-network benefits, I recommend calling your insurance provider and asking:

✔️ Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health services?
✔️ What percentage of the session fee is reimbursed?
✔️ What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?
✔️ How do I submit a superbill for reimbursement?

Cancellation Policy

Good Faith Estimate

(No Surprises Act)

For more information, visit the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) website.

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) detailing the cost of therapy services if you are uninsured or paying privately.

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be subject to the full session fee.

This policy allows me to offer the appointment to another client in need. However, I understand that true emergencies happen—in such cases, the cancellation fee will be waived.

Superbills for Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, you may be able to submit a superbill (an itemized receipt) for partial reimbursement of therapy costs.

  • Pay for sessions upfront.

  • I provide you with a superbill at the end of each month.

  • Submit the superbill to your insurance provider.

  • If eligible, you will receive reimbursement directly from your insurer.

I recommend checking with your insurance company to confirm reimbursement rates and policies.
